In celebration of International Women’s Day (March 8), U.S. Ambassador to International Organizations Joseph Macmanus participated in an IAEA discussion on the experience of men working for strong, influential women – in the Ambassador’s case, former Secretaries of State Condoleeza Rice and Hillary Clinton. The discussion, "International Women’s Day, Inspiring Change," was moderated by Ms. Janice Dunn Lee, IAEA Deputy Director General for Management, and also included Ambassador Cho Hyun of the Republic of Korea, Ambassador Tebogo Joseph Seokolo of the Republic of South Africa, and Ambassador Laercio Antonio Vinhas of the Federal Republic of Brazil.
