Honor Wall USMS Patrick Carothers-66

The US Marshals Service honored fallen Deputy Commander Pat Carothers in a ceremony at the USMS Headquarters. Carothers lost his life in the line of duty Nov 18, 2016, attempting to apprehend a dangerous fugitive. Members of the law enforcement community witnessed the Carothers’ family receiving the fallen hero’s purple heart and credentials, and the unveiling of his name on the USMS Wall of Honor. Director of the U.S. Marshals Service David Harlow and Associate Director of Operations Bill Snelson lead the ceremony and the keynote speaker was Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
