This pitcher plant lives in a bog on Mississippi Sandhill Crane National Wildlife Refuge. The pictcher plant lures insects inside with smells, then uses them for food. Once an insect goes inside a pictche plant it rarely makes it back out alive. Hinckley - USFWS
