The Wind River Reservation and Wyoming's Sagebrush

Located in the heart of Wyoming, the Wind River Reservation is not only home to the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapahoe tribes, it also provides healthy sagebrush habitats for a variety of wildlife including pronghorn antelope, grizzly bears and the iconic greater sage-grouse.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has been actively working with the Wind River tribes for decades to keep wildlife thriving on the reservation.
