U.S. Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro, along with U.S. National Guard observers visited the "Turning Point 7" civil defense exercise conducted by the Israeli Home Front Command where they observed Israeli first-responders simulate decontamination of an area hit by unconventional weapons.
