A colorful revolution in the Negev
A colorful revolution in the Negev
A group of 30 Bedouin and Jewish youth gathered in Beit Atid Bamidbar in Yeruham for a week of collaborative painting under the guidance of Artolution - an international public-art organization led by Max Levi-Frieder and Joel Bergner.
They were accompanied by Jewish and Arab art students who were trained in the Artolution method, which seeks to ignite positive social change through collaborative art making.
The group created a giant mural which will be split between their communities – the Bedouin community in the Negev and the town of Yeruham. The pieces will serve as a living example to the wonderful creations made when working together.
