Fresh orange juice and oranges are displayed on Dec. 18, 2012. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Agriculture Research Service (ARS) Beltsville Human Nutrition Research Center (BHNRC) researchers in Beltsville, MD have analyzed levels of vitamin D in orange juice and milk before and after fortification.
