Labor Secretary Hilda Solis spoke of the diligence, dedication and effort by Cesar Chavez, a Mexican-American labor leader who used non-violent methods to fight for the rights of migrant farm workers in the southwestern United States during the dedication of the Cesar E. Chavez Memorial Auditorium at the United States Department of Labor in Washington, D.C., Monday, March 26, 2012.
