The World on a Plate: A Global Photographic Feast

September 11, 2012

The USC Institute for Global Health kicked off its 2012-2013 lecture series on Sept. 4 with a photography presentation and discussion by Peter Menzel and Faith D’Aluisio, the creators of several powerful photo books, including What the World Eats.

The presentation included hundreds of striking images and stories from scores of countries covered in the duo’s award-winning books, What I Eat: Around the World in 80 Diets; Hungry Planet: What the World Eats; and Man Eating Bugs: The Art & Science of Eating Insects.
