The Fitness Center added a new class to the group fitness lineup: BYFO-X, with Heyda Diaz, is a 45-minute circuit style, high-intensity training class which uses TRX straps and plyometrics to “Burn Your Fat Off” to the extreme. It is a total body workout.

Classes will be held at the Luna Bubble Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. Cost is $3. Like all Group Fitness classes, tickets can be purchased at the Fitness Center desk.
