Cumberland, Maryland Flood Risk Management Project

A view of the Flood Risk Management Project taken during a routine levee inspection, located at the confluence of Wills Creek and the Potomac River in Cumberland, Maryland, Oct. 6, 2015. This project was constructed between 1948 and 1959 and reduces the risk of flooding to residents and properties located in Cumberland, Maryland and Ridgeley, West Virginia.
