    110609-F-XM360-068 NABILATUK, Uganda - U.S. Army Captain Jill Lynn, Veterinarian, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), 402nd Civil Affairs Battalion Functional Specialty Team and a local villager assist veterinarian student Samuel Abura Grace while he administers a vaccine June 9, during a veterinary civic action project (VETCAP). CJTF-HOA provides the resources to facilitate a comprehensive animal health care program, in collaboration with the Ugandan Government and the U.S. Embassy in Uganda.
