SULU SEA (Oct. 1, 2014) – Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Brian Potter, from Buffalo, New York, signals to pilots in an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 21, as it takes off from the flight deck of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42) during Amphibious Landing Exercise 2015 (PHIBLEX15). PHIBLEX15 is an annual bilateral training exercise conducted with the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Germantown is part of the Peleliu Expeditionary Strike Group, commanded by Rear Adm.
