Human Rights and Development

The United States and the Africa Group at the Human Rights Council jointly organized a side event entitled “Perspectives on Human Rights and the Right to Development. “ Moderated by Ambassador Idriss Jazairy, the panelists included Ambassador Sabine Boehke-Muller (Namibia), Ambassador Boudjemaa Delmi, (Algeria), USAID’s Rosarie Tucci, Ambassador Keith Harper (U.S.) and Dr. Ibrahim Salama.
