The Child Marriage

UN4U Photo Contest 2014 - The phenomenon in the third world, especially in rural areas, is the early age marriage, and the impacted party is always the women. As this 14 years old girl who marries to her same age in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. In that area, the bridegroom must "kidnaps" the bride to his house for several days or weeks. Then the bridegroom family and local leader will propose the bride. The child marriage usually happens due to this cultural aspect.
