    Janyl Baisheva (center), head of the Altyn Oimok Public Organization that runs the Altyn Oimok Craft Shop, helps fellow workers with the complicated process of processing raw wool for use in handicrafts. A wool brushing machine purchased with a grant from UN Women and the Kumtor Operating Company has greatly increased their productivity.
