Women's leadership during crisis

Sakaorat Srivichian, a single mother and community worker, says that leaders like her have to act like counselors during a crisis. “We have to educate people on how to manage meals with very limited supplies, and to calm their nerves at a very stressful time. As women leaders we have to take on that role in the evacuation centres.”
