UN Women Program beneficiary Galima Muhametarimovna and her family look on as a worker from the Ak Zhalga Milk Collection Station in the village of Altymysh, Kyrgyzstan, measures the fat content of milk produced by her cows. Ak Zhalga used a grant from the UN Women Project to purchase cooler tanks to store the milk, which must be collected and stored to specific standards in order for the distributor to be able to use it.
