This training was organized in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia, and took place from 19- 23 February, 2018. The Special Representative of the Secretary-General (SRSG) Haile Menkerios and the State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia, H.E. Hirut Zemene handed out certificates to participants upon successfully completing the course.
