The United Nations Office to the African Union (UNOAU) and the Institute for Peace and Security Studies (IPSS) organised a half-day discussion session that reflected on ‘Kagame Report’ recommendations on Regional Economic Communities’ (RECs) engagement in peace and security on the continent. Several partners attended the discussion and provided inputs for best ways forward.
