From 26-27 February, 2018, the 5th anniversary of the PSC Framework was marked in Addis Ababa at the African Union headquarters. The Special Envoy of the United Nations Secretary-General for the Great Lakes region in Africa, Mr. Said Djinnit was joined by the African Union Chairperson, Mr. Moussa Faki Mahamat in the opening ceremony. Several stakeholders from the region representing civil society organizations, the UN and others participated in the workshop.
