Diamond Hill, named for the deposits of isinglass on the property, was built about 1820 (or so a little sign by the steps indicates). Presumably the architectural style is Greek Revival, but I’m not positive about it. The two-story brick structure stands on a small rise (not much of a hill) near the center of Charlotte Court House, Virginia.
