With financial support from ING Bank, UPSHIFT Kyiv achieved two milestones. Firstly, after fourteen rounds of UPSHIFT reaching thousands of young people, we are proud the finally bringing UPSHIFT to and vulnerable young people in Kyiv. Secondly, thanks to support from the UN Global Compact, all mentors come from the private sector which further strengthens the opportunities for UPSHIFTers to learn 21st century transferable skills necessary to meet the demands of a modern labor market.
