The school mediation groups were set up by the NGO La Strada-Ukraine with support from the European Union and UNICEF. These groups help find peer-to-peer solutions to conflicts in schools. Over 650 school children have received training on mediation, and 60 reconciliation groups have been set up in schools in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
