With financial support from the Citi Foundation, UNICEF purchased laboratory equipment for infectious diseases hospitals in Ukraine. The assistance worth of USD 40,000 is addressed towards COVID-19 response in the vulnerable areas.

The analyzers of gas in blood help doctors diagnose life-threatening conditions of patients with COVID-19 and allow to choose the right approach for treatment and oxygen support.

The devices are supplied with a half-year stock of the laboratory reagents.
