Nadiya comprehensively solves housing problems by opening a real estate agency and taking care of home construction for IDPs.
In Donetsk Nadiya Neshchadenko had been working in a public utility service for 6 years and her husband Viktor ran a cleaning company. After moving to Lviv, the couple opened a real estate agency “Favoryt-Rielt”. The family business gradually grows, now it provides employment for 11 people, while Nadiya and Viktor are launching their new project in travel industry. According to Nadiya, a permanent desire to learn is the key to successful business management. That is why she is going to get a business degree in the Ukrainian Catholic University. She used her previously gained fundraising skills to unite IDPs from Eastern Ukraine for setting up a charitable fund for collective home construction in Lviv region. After all, as Nadiya explains, one can’t feel at home without one’s own domicile.
