In Crimea Yelyzaveta Korniets worked in the beauty industry, her husband was involved in a computer games business. Both of them succeeded in restoring their professional activities after they moved to Chernivtsi. Yelyzaveta is an expert in permanent make-up and eyelash extension. She also has a psychology degree that allows her to find an individual approach to the clients and better understand their personal needs. Starting a business in the new city was rather challenging due to lack of customers and equipment. To overcome this situation, Yelyzaveta promoted her services online and applied for a UNHCR grant to purchase equipment needed for a beauty parlour. She is delighted to be able to add some beauty around her and make her clients happier.
