SEOUL, South Korea — Korean War veteran and U.S. Representative Charles B. Rangel (D-N.Y.), 13th District, gives closing remarks to international military service members and civilians Aug. 28 during his visit to CP TANGO. Rangel, the third-longest currently serving member of the U.S. House of Representatives, met with military leaders from the U.S., the Republic of Korea and the United Nations Sending States Aug. 28 during the visit, which coincided with Ulchi Freedom Guardian, an annual computer-simulation command post exercise led by the ROK – US Combined Forces Command.
