The Ministry of National Defense (MND) hosted a two-day cultural tour for 50
USFK Service Members to extend friendship and express appreciation for U.S. military contributions to peace and security in the ROK. The MND has been hosting this annual tour for USFK since 1972. The tour is designed to introduce USFK Service Members to Korean history, customs and traditions. The program included visits to Folk Village in Yongin City, Yeonmudae Palace, Suwon and the Korean Naval vessel Choenan at the Pyeongtaek Naval base.
