U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Defense Secretary Robert Gates joined their South Korean counterparts in the "two plus two" talks in Seoul July 21 and 22. The talks are seen as one of the biggest shows of the nearly six decades of alliance forged in blood during the Korean War.
