Seventh Course: Beef steak cap with the flavors of A1 Sauce:
1. Grated ginger,raisin, molasses (pools of sauce in crushed potatoes).
2. Spring onion, chive, orange, and orange zest (dollops).
3. Oven roasted onion and garlic mashed potatoes.
4. Garlic chip.
Taste: This was AMAZING - together, these elements tasted like A1!
