Grilled Octopus

"Borlotti Marinati" and spicy lemoncello vinaigrette. ($14)

 

Notes: The octopus had been nearly charred - but in a good way. The end of the tentacles had almost gone crispy, while the meatier thicker portion was tender and as succulent as the most moist chicken. This dish also included some beans that went very well with the octopus. Excellent flavors, presentation - and above all, grilling technique.
