      Interesting that you both should make this observation. You're not alone alone in thinking so.

      Personally, I like this presentation. It certainly is better than slapping them down on a plate.

      tedesco sent me to this image. i have to say, what a creative table display...and after reading the comments above, very arty if this is how the veggies were served.

      i say this because i just purchases carrots that still had the stems on it and wondered what i could do with them versus blending them in the vita-mix...really cool!
