    kinda weird!
  • Brady 6y

ok, this is a tid overly dramatic and gimicky.
  • ulterior epicure 6y

Interesting that you both should make this observation. You're not alone alone in thinking so.

Personally, I like this presentation. It certainly is better than slapping them down on a plate.
  • matuko amini 6y

well i can understand that it's just not attractive...but i still would have eaten them!
  • Brady 6y

heck, maybe this is the start of a new trend. I still remember tall food, why not this?
  • ulterior epicure 6y

@ brady: Gives a whole new meaning to "food on a stick," no?

Hi, I'm an admin for a group called Restaurant indulgence, and we'd love to have this added to the group!

the fact that the leaves are still so upright is testimony to both grower and chef - I take my hat off to both!

tedesco sent me to this image. i have to say, what a creative table display...and after reading the comments above, very arty if this is how the veggies were served.

i say this because i just purchases carrots that still had the stems on it and wondered what i could do with them versus blending them in the vita-mix...really cool!
