Tristar strawberry jam, soda cracker panna cotta. ($10)
Notes: Ohmyheavens. This was was shockingly great. What really made this dish was the saltiness of the pana cotta cut against the peanut butter-suffused feuillatine cake beneath it. Of course, the sweet, sweet tristar strawberry sauce didn't hurt. Man, it was like Smucker's, Jiffy, and Wonder all over again.
I wonder if they could make Wonder (white) bread panna cotta?
