Ninth Course: Chocolate "S'mores"
"Graham's cracker crunch" with chocolate "cremeaux," Valrhona "hot chocolate," creamy fluff and toasted marshmallow.
Taste: The dark chocolate brownie was unforgivably dense and moist. Very rich. The ganache, as well, was very rich. The graham cracker crunch was very much appreciated. All in all, a very rich and dense course - intense flavors. No one finished the whole dish.
I don't know if S'mores are "in" - but had S'mores at the Avenues the month before. Click Here Could "Graham's cracker crunch" be a reference to Graham Elliot Bowles? Hmmmm...
