Taste: Bewitching. A warm butter-poached potato topped with shavings of black truffle was stuck on the end of a pin skewering mini-cubes of butter and Parmesan cheese. The diner pulls the pin out (of the wax bowl) and the "kebabs" fall into the truffle-infused potatoe soup - an intensely creamy Parmesan-Potatoe soup. YUM!! Started the dinner off with a BANG!!
