On Friday, March 17, the UK College of Medicine will hosted a Match Day Ceremony for the Class of 2017 at the Keeneland Entertainment Center. The ceremony, which began at 12:00 p.m., was part of The National Resident Matching Program Match Day when graduating medical students across the country learned where they will go for residency training, which can last anywhere between three to seven years. Students learned of their match results surrounded by their family, friends, faculty and fellow students. We are so proud of our seniors and their accomplishments.
