Sprinkler Geyser, Yellowstone NP

taken at 21:59/21 June 2016. long exposure, shows Sprinkler ie, with Castle in the background; view from Liberty Pool. Size of fountain indicates that the eruption is well underway (midway?) in interval. During investigation of Sprinkler during the visit 21/22 June 2016, eruption begins suddenly with up to ~10 fountains which slowly decrease in size, intensity and frequency until the vent is quiet for several minutes. Two measured intervals were 26 & 25 minutes long. The low fountaining phase was the longest phase.
