Mini Medical School provides an insight into the world of medicine featuring world-class researchers and clinicians from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. These courses offer learners that are generally 16 and older the unique opportunity to learn about medical education, biomedical discoveries and cutting-edge research in an understandable and engaging way. Mini Medical School is set up in a lecture format that allows for question and answer time from the participants and often includes hands-on learning activities prior to the program.
