Tishomingo State Park - Mississippi
These pictures did not turn out very well due to the lighting and the time of day, but this was a very nice small State Park just off the Natchez trace Scenic Parkway in Northeast Mississippi. It is a unique area geologically, with limestone cliffs and some interesting indigenous plants. The Swinging Bridge and the miles of trails were built by the Civilian Conservation Corps during the Great Depression in the 1930's.
