Cinnamon Black bear

This is not a grizzly or brown bear. His name ironically is Kodiak. He is a rare cinnamon black bear born in 1999. Less then 3% of black bears (on east coast US) have this coloring. Note the large ears and lack of hump that is characteristic of grizzlies.
