    A bowl full of chanterelles from
    the forest. They made
    a delicious rissotto for lunch.
    From forest to plate in
    30 minutes.

      Have to agree they are very good, these ones were cooked in a little butter then a little cream and chicken stock with a few sliced organic flat mushrooms, then placed on top of a bowl of arborio rissotto with parmesan cheese. I am suddenly feeling hungry again.

      Thanks for the recipe Erich, I still have half of them left, I will try that.

      Mmm! I have some pictures too on my flickr blog. Your variety look quite similar. Mmm! I sauteed mine with a little garlic in olive oil, paired it with pecorino romano and cous cous.

      sounds very nice, we usually mix them with a few organic field mushrooms, sometimes garlic too, saute them then add a little cream and have them with good pappardelle or in a rissotto. Our favourite mushrooms
