Before i start to ramble about the shot i`d like to dedicate this one to one of my favourite
photographers here on Flickr. Mr Douglas Remington! A truly great photographer and obviously a great guy...thx for the testimonial! Check out his amazing stream...just to point you in the right direction, check out this one: www.flickr.com/photos/ethereallight/5059746389/
A few weeks back i decided to some morningshooting. I hate getting up early, but somehow i managed to get out according to plan. I had hoped for some early morning fog illuminated by the rising sun, but that didnt happen (it did happen a week or so later:-) ) So instead i went into the woods to shoot a nice little waterfall.
It was so damn cold this morning. The grass was frozen, the rocks were superslippery and everything was just uncomfortable. Theres a reason i hate getting up early...
When i got to this spot i saw these leaves. ok, i`ll admit that i moved one of them, but only a few inches.
The one to the right is SOON (straight out of nature). The left one i moved slightly because
it was almost in the water and it didnt seem right.
Looking back, it wasnt such a bad thing getting up early. Getting back home, grab a cup of coffee before the kids got out of bed... Not bad at all...
Have a great day!
