Minimum number of birds that die from crashing into New York City windows each year: 100,000 (Harpers Magazine, p11, April 2011).


I have set the size of the first bird on the very left side who started the conversation with his fellows, to be the smallest. As they get closer to the buildings, they get bigger because of the little distance. Also, I have chosen the dotted lines to represent that birds are crashing into the tower/buildings. More importantly, the birds are given a human feature that is talking so they are having a bit of a chat about what is happening in their country...
