LBWHF "chalking" on the driveway. Gotta love summer.

I'm using my ZE 85/1.4 to get a feel for the upcoming Olympus 75/1.8 and to see if I really want/need a mid tele lens for the m4/3 format... It is fun, and this was shot with the lens stopped down to f/2.8 with LBWHF about 15-20 feet away from me.

Absolutely beautiful shot Tyson. It really conjures up the innocense of youth. I think the low POV, the colors and the scenery all help with the story.

Very cool shot. I like the bokeh here, and the nice, warm tones. I'm thinking the same thing about that 75mm f/1.8. Spendy, though. So I'm looking around at legacy glass, thinking if I might find something fast and worthwhile for cheap in the vague 75mm-100mm range. I've got a 50m f/1.8 and a 135mm f/2.8, and wouldn't mind something in the middle. The 40-150mm Olympus is surprisingly good, but a larger maximum aperture in there wouldn't be a bad thing.

I saw your post comparing the OM-D and G3 sensors. Well done. And great to see you testing it with shots of my home town (Hood River). :o) Keep up the great work.
