A more formal side view; I switched the saddle because crappy Cutter saddles are crappy, the cassette because the other one was worn enough so the chain kept slipping under load, and the rear brake for an old Weinmann single-pivot caliper (because the Racer was a little too much in the can't-stop-won't-stop department. The Weinmann isn't that hot either, but it at least slowly brings the machine to a half.)
Fenders are in the basement; I had them half-on last night but then had to take my youngest to school this morning and I wanted to return home on this bike, so I pulled them off for re-reinstalling later.
