Santa Elena HDR

My fourth and final HDR of Big Bend, this time revealing the entire Santa Elena Canyon. The 1,500 foot cliffs on the left are the Sierra Ponce and fall within Mexico, while the those on the right are the Mesa de Anguila and make up the U.S. Finally, through the middle flows the Rio Grande River towards the Gulf of Mexico.

As for the technical info, this is a five exposure composite of -2 to +2 EV using Photomatix. A word to the wise for those making HDRs without cameras that auto bracket (mine doesn't) -- keep your camera and tripod absolutely still! Believe me, the slightest amount of movement between shots can make your life very difficult. :)
