Plage d'Étretat, Falaise d'Amont et Chapelle de Notre-Dame de la Garde

    Newer Older

Étretat is a small town on the coast of Normandy which is famous for its spectacular white chalk cliffs that adopt whimsical shapes, including three natural arches and a needle. This picture, taken from the town's pebble beach, shows the so-called Upper Cliff, with one of the three arches, called "Porte d'Amont".
