    The garden chrysanthemum was domesticated in China some 2500 years ago and its most famous ethusiast in Chinese history was the poet Tao Yuangming (365-427).

    Grow in partial sun and propagate by cuttings.

      this is not a Gaillardia, it's Chrysanthemum x grandiflorum.
