Fried chicken at Maverick

Chicken was almost as good as Ad Hoc's but the sides -- dirty rice dressing, oddly sweet collards, and gravy -- weren't worthwhile. Get mac and cheese instead! And ask for a bottle of Youk's hot sauce.
